DigQuest is currently available in limited early-release batches as we continue expanding classroom production and refining the full DigQuest experience. Current orders are part of our introductory classroom launch phase and may require additional processing time depending on order volume. By joining the early launch phase, educators and schools are helping shape the future of DigQuest while receiving introductory pricing before future product and classroom system expansions.
DigQuest kits are carefully packaged to help ensure they arrive safely and ready for excavation. Due to the handmade and layered nature of each excavation block, slight variations in color, texture, and fossil placement may occur and are considered part of the unique experience. Please allow additional processing time during high-volume periods or classroom order preparation.
Due to the handmade and consumable nature of DigQuest excavation kits, all sales are currently final. If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your shipment, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging so we can help resolve the issue. DigQuest is designed as an educational excavation experience. Minor cracking, chipping, surface texture differences, and layer variations may occur during shipping or excavation and do not affect the educational use of the product.
