If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your shipment, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging so we can help resolve the issue. DigQuest is designed as an educational excavation experience. Minor cracking, chipping, surface texture differences, and layer variations may occur during shipping or excavation and do not affect the educational use of the product.
